Many similar products available today aren’t being accurate about their advertised potency.
Multiple independent third party organizations have tested the potency of the most popular national brands that you see at vape shops. CBD Oracle found that over 74% of their lab results posted on their websites were either doctored or fake.
We pride ourselves in maintaining honest and accurate advertising in our products. If you buy something from us, you’re getting what’s advertised, and we have the tests to back up our claims.

So there’s a difference between Marijuana and Hemp. Marijuana is bred for high THC and low CBD. Hemp is bred for High CBD and low THC…but you can still extract the psychoactive compounds from hemp and it’s legal!
Specifically, the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, Also known as the Federal Farm Bill, descheduled certain Cannabis Products deemed to contain low levels of certain forms of THC, reclassifying these products as Hemp. It also allows for the transfer of these products across state lines given that they are lawfully produced.
As noted in section 10113 of the Farm Bill, Hemp cannot contain more than 0.3% Delta 9-THC by dry weight. Above that 0.3% threshold, products are considered non-hemp Cannabis, or Marijuana, and therefore are still considered Schedule 1 Drugs.
The legality of these Hemp derivatives, so long as they come from hemp plants and remain under the 0.3% threshold laid out in the Farm Bill, has been upheld by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in May 2022 in the decision: AK Futures V Boyd Street Distro.
Buddy’s offers these products to consumers, now that they are legal, so that everyone can enjoy the effects of THC in a way that is safe, clean, and most importantly: legal.
All of our products are legal, but they aren’t available to everyone without question. We require our customers to be above the age of 18 or 21 (state dependent) and provide valid proof of ID.
One thing our customers don’t need is a Medical Marijuana card. While WV, PA, & OH, the 3 states have medical marijuana programs, who operate through their own legal pathways, our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
